Tara Scolley spent most of her life growing up on a Military Base in New Jersey. In 2006 she moved to Philadelphia where she attended the University of the Arts and received her Illustration BFA in 2010.

She loves to design work that would interest children and the young at heart.
She also loves to bake, cut hair and do makeup.
Tara currently resides in Columbia, MD with her boyfriend and two pets.
